At Rudolphis, we try to package our products as best as we can before they are shipped.  We are not responsible for any breakage during shipping. 

We do have cookies that contain nuts in them.  For cookies without nuts, we can't guarantee they are free of nuts because of possible cross contamination that can occur when making our products.
